Financial Transparency

1. Service-Based Policy

As a service-based agency, our fees are based on the hours of labor and expertise applied to your project. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided for work that has already been performed or for milestones that have been completed and approved by the client.

2. Retainer & Subscription Services

For ongoing services such as monthly SEO, PPC management, or AI maintenance:

• Cancellation must be provided in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for the current billing month once the service period has commenced.
• Unused portions of a month are non-refundable.

3. Project Deposits

Deposits paid to initiate a project are used to secure resource availability and begin strategy development. If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued minus an administrative fee. Once strategy or development work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties (e.g., Google Ads spend, Meta Ads spend, hosting providers, domain registrars, or API subscriptions) are100% non-refundable through Teckgeekz. Any disputes regarding these costs must be handled directly with the respective platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

We value our client relationships. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, please contact your account manager immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the situation and ensure the deliverables meet the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).
