"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Teckgeekz. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Services Offered

Teckgeekz provides digital solutions including but not limited to Web Development, Generative AI integration, SEO, and complete Digital Marketing operations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be outlined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Teckgeekz and the Client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, Teckgeekz and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Teckgeekz. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon full payment for custom services (such as website development or specific marketing creatives), the intellectual property rights of the finalized deliverables will be transferred to the Client, subject to any open-source or third-party licenses used in the creation of such deliverables. Teckgeekz retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Client Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Republish material from Teckgeekz without permission
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Teckgeekz
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Teckgeekz
• Redistribute content from Teckgeekz (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)
• Use our Website or Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.

5. Payment and Billing Terms

Payments for services are outlined in specific project contracts or SOWs. Standard terms generally require an upfront deposit before work begins, with subsequent milestone payments. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Teckgeekz reserves the right to suspend services, including pausing active ad campaigns or taking down test environments, if payments are significantly delayed. Late payments may incur administrative fees or interest as permitted by law.

6. Third-Party Links and Integration

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Teckgeekz. Teckgeekz has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
